• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking details are provided via SMS/email once dispatched.

• Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders (see banner/offers).

📦 Return Policy

Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our health & wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item received is damaged

• The product is wrong or expired

• The complaint is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@force7.in with your order number and issue

2. Attach photos as proof

3. Wait for return approval and instructions

💳 Refunds

• Once the return is approved and received (if required), the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

• No refund is issued for items returned without approval
